CHATSWOOD RSL
Recognising the evolving needs of its patrons, Chatswood RSL embarked on a major revitalisation project. With the standout developments was Yogi’s Sports Bar, an American-style sports venue designed to attract a younger demographic, including sports enthusiasts and social groups, while complementing the club’s other new dining offerings, such as an Italian pizzeria and a Cantonese restaurant.
GOSFORD RSL
Gosford RSL has undergone a $50 million transformation, evolving into a premier dining and entertainment hub on the Central Coast with award-winning facilities, a state-of-the-art sports bar, and a locally brewed craft beer experience. Guided by Tully Herd Consulting, the redevelopment was driven by market research and operational efficiency, ensuring an immersive, high-quality experience for both members and new visitors. Since its relaunch, the club has seen consistent growth in revenue, membership, and industry recognition, cementing its place as a standout venue in Australian hospitality.
Club Mudgee
Club Mudgee has long been a cornerstone of community and hospitality, delighting locals and tourists alike for over 70 years. The latest addition to this venerable institution is the Hub Sports Bar, developed in collaboration with Tully Herd Consulting. This new venture has revitalised a historic section of the club, transforming a former bingo hall and main bar into a vibrant sports and community hub.
Ready’s Sports - Doyalson RSL
In 2024, Doyalson-Wyee RSL Club (The Doylo) unveiled Ready's Bar, a state-of-the-art venue designed to revolutionise casual dining and entertainment on the Central Coast. This initiative, in collaboration with SportsPlus, introduced an immersive competitive socialising experience, blending interactive sports simulations with a vibrant dining atmosphere.
Bankstown Sports Club & Brewhouse
Bankstown Sports Club transformed an underperforming sports bar into The Basement Brew House, a modern craft beer venue designed to attract a younger and more diverse audience.
