Below is a small number of example projects we have worked on.

1.       Hospitality group business sales

We have worked with private equity owners to purchase existing hospitality groups on a medium and large scale.

2.       Gosford RSL master planning strategy

TH advised Gosford RSL through preparing a master-planning strategy for its site in Gosford. This included market-based research and analysis, financial forecasting and strategic interpretation and then implementation assistance with the project management team to lodge a development application.  

3.       ING Real Estate Entertainment Fund asset divestment advisory

We worked with ING REEF to determine which of its hotel portfolio should be divested post the GFC. This involved both operational and desk-top financial assessment of the hotel assets working with the ING team to determine an outlook on the hotel portfolio.

4.       Bankstown Sports Club commercial office tower development

Bankstown Sports Club engaged us to prepare a preliminary commercial feasibility for its $80M commercial office tower development adjacent to the Club known as Flinders Centre. This included formulating financial forecasts and sensitivities on revenue and cost expectations. The tower can be seen here: Flinders Centre

5.       Sydney Olympic Park Authority hotel feasibility analysis

We worked with SOPA testing hypotheses for a new hotel development in Sydney Olympic Park. This included financial research and financial forecasting to determine sensitivities of different hotel operator models.
