John has reinvented many registered Clubs including Cabana Bar and Lounge and is involved with start-ups including CLUBCO.

Luke has first-hand experience in starting and establishing hospitality and hospitality-related businesses and technical experience in business advisory including consulting, private equity and formerly law.    

 

VAUGHN CAMPBELL
Director - PKF Business Intelligence

Leading the Data Analytics and Business Intelligence team, Vaughn has over 20 years experience working with clients across a broad range of industry sectors including Media, Telecommunications, Retail, Hospitality, Mining and Energy, Entertainment and Manufacturing.

Vaughn has worked with many Clubs across the country in designing data insight strategies to understand and enhance their members experience and their venues, improve financial performance and understand/influence behaviours that are central to an organisations performance.

 

PETER MCLEAN
Principal

With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Peter is an acknowledged expert in the area of Registered Clubs. Extensive experience in the Club, hotel, hospitality & tourism industries  as well as in audit and financial review of private and public companies, 

Peter's experience includes corporate governance,  operational issues, strategic planning, amalgamations and takeovers, due diligence, taxation, financial review and management accounting. 

 

SCARLETT NALPAS
SENIOR CLIENT PROJECT MANAGER

Before moving to Sydney in 2017, Scarlett was working in Paris as a Development Project Manager at Unibail-Rodamco property company, the main European Westfield competitor.  She was responsible for a 1 billion Euros mixed-use development project (offices, hotels, restaurants, retail, conventions and exhibitions centre) and was an innovation leader recognized across the company.

She holds a master in entrepreneurship from the first European business school and a double diploma in civil and town planning engineering and architecture.

Scarlett is now our Senior Project Manager overseeing development of the next generations of hospitality venues.

 

SUE JOHNSTON
Market Research Consultant

In excess of 25 years in the corporate world of marketing focusing upon market research, advertising, media strategy and negotiations for multi-national clients in a broad range of consume and B2B categories. In the past 6 years Sue has conducted extensive market research and/or training for 80% of the Top 10 Clubs in Sydney.

Sue specialises in customer experience insights and strategic marketing, conducts market research to uncover key triggers that maximise customer satisfaction, repeat business and referral and develops and implements customised training on customer service standards.

Consultant

Margaret has in excess of 30 years’ experience in the hospitality industry including hands-on roles as Secretary Manager of clubs and General Manager of pubs.  Margaret has worked as a consultant in the registered club industry advising in strategic and operational consulting including gaming machine entitlement exchange.  Margaret has technical and operational qualifications in accounting and financial consulting and provides a wealth of technical and practical advice to our hospitality clients.
