TAFFY’S
Taffy’s, a contemporary take on the classic sports bar isn't merely a place to watch the game. There's the biggest foosball table in NSW, arcade-style basketball hoops and air hockey, and a manly menu with a few gourmet twists: you can feed the beast with Taffy's foot-long, fully-loaded hotdogs, and there is a huge craft beer selection.
ALALA’S
Our last project Alala’s will open in December 19. Its outdoor patio and bay windows will overlook the famous 70-year-old oak tree. Alala will serve pretty seasonal cocktails with fresh garnishes and dishes such as tartines (open sandwiches) topped with goat’s cheese, prosciutto and pear.
THE OAKS BOTTLE SHOP & TAKE AWAY
The new Oaks Bottle Shop and Takeaway is headed by a craft beer curator and features a communal tasting table that invites guests to ‘try before you buy’ fresh from the tap. Regular ‘tasting nights’ will showcase rare and hard-to-find craft beer, hosted by the craft beer curator. Inspired by a 1940’s milk bar, a rotisserie will serve up hot roast rolls such as ‘pork belly porchetta with salsa verde’ and ‘spiced cauliflower with pumpkin hummus, harissa and rockette’ until 1am.
BASEMENT BREWHOUSE
A casual micro-brewery concept with Bankstown Sports Club, Basement Brewhouse is an innovative brewery and eatery which brews its own beers in-house from the Smart Brew. We assisted Bankstown Sports in developing the concept which has proven extremely popular.
EASY LANE
Easy Lane, located in the heart of Windsor is a bar and restaurant set amongst an outdoor alfresco space. The venue is positioned to meet a younger age profile in the market and focuses on comfort food, shaped by its relationship with local producers.
THE FERNERY MOSMAN
The Fernery Mosman is a rooftop garden bar and eatery located above Mosman RSL Club. The lush new venue comprises eight different breakout spaces, including a rosé bar, a gin bar, an urban garden, multiple dining rooms and a Palm Springs-inspired terrace with sweeping views across the city.
THE GREENS
The Greens of North Sydney is a casual bar and eatery in the grounds of the former North Sydney Bowling Club. The Greens has become an entrenched part of the Lower North Shore food and drink scene boasting a converted bowling green as a large outdoor space.
VINCENT STREET KITCHEN + BAR
Located right in the heart of the Hunter Valley, surrounded by a mecca of wine production, farming, and just downright amazing produce, here you can think, eat, and even drink deliciously local. The menu at Vincent Street Kitchen + Bar is filled with all the crowd-pleasing favourites, but with a Vincent Street twist.

THE GREENHOUSE OF ORANGE
The Greenhouse of Orange linked to Accor Hotel Mercure Orange is a relaxed and unique dining destination, sourcing and showcasing the best food and wine the Central West community has to offer. The food precinct includes an la carte dining area and kid’s pavilion as well as street food, a wine bar offering charcuterie and a pizza bar.
THE PANTRY
The pantry located is North Sydney Leagues Club has seen significant flow-on benefits to the Club including improving related revenue centres. The Pantry is a elevated bistro which is integrated with the Club’s new bar and dining facilities.
