GenNEXT competition is a joint initiative by Tully Heard and ClubNSW to identify and reward the club industry’s best talent for their strategy on how clubs should be positioned to thrive in a time when our future customers – Millennials (75 per cent of the global workforce by 2025) – are seeking ways to be engaged, empowered and inspired by business and leaders in local communities.
